Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All U.S. orders are subject to a flat rate $5 shipping fee. If your order is $150+ you will receive FREE standard shipping. You should expect items to process and ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Please note we only ship out on Business Days.
You will receive an email with your invoice and your tracking number once your package has shipped. If you have not, please reach out to us or check your spam folder.
If you select local pick up and your item actually needs to be shipped, just shoot us an email! We will email another $5 flat rate shipping invoice and to collect your shipping info! We will not ship out your order until shipping invoice is paid.
$150 free shipping discount is PER ORDER. You can not combine multiple orders to get free shipping rate.
Please note, shipping and processing days are counted in business days. Weekends, holidays, black Friday, and cyber Monday are not counted as business days.
LOCAL PICK UP
- Pick Up Location: July & June, 1846 N Loop 1604 W Suite 105, San Antonio, Texas 78248
- Pick up hours are Mondays - Fridays 10-6 and Saturdays 10-4!
- Please note you can pick up your pick up order whenever - you do not need to wait for a confirmation email!
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES/FOREVER IN TRANSIT PACKAGES
- Yaqar Collective LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You can file a claim with USPS or UPS online.
- We do not refund or replace items that are lost in transit or are stolen.
- If you item is forever stuck in transit and according to the tracking number is still in transit - you mist file a claim with UPS or USPS.
