1. How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-4 business days for us to process and ship out your order.

2. My order shows as delivered, but I can't find my package?

You will need to reach out to the mail carrier for more information. If you need information on your tracking number or label - you can email abby@shopjulyandjune.com.

1. How do I start a return?

You do not need to email us to start a return. First, you can check out our return policy here and if your order qualifies than you can simply take your return to your shipping company of choice and mail back to 20523 Stone Oak Parkway Unit 202, San Antonio, Texas 78258. All return fees are the customer responsibility.

2. Do you give refunds?

We only give back store credit. Your store credit will be in the form of purchase. Ex: An app purchase credit will be given back in app.

3. My order is damaged, what do I do?

We try to catch everything before it heads out the door to you - but sometimes we miss things! We are so sorry that your order is damaged!

Start by emailing us a picture of your damage with the title "Damaged Order" to abby@shopjulyandjune.com. We will take care of the rest!

*Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.*

4. Do you offer size or item exchanges?

Size exchanges or item exchanges can only be made in store with a qualifying return. If your order was shipped and you are not local to San Antonio - we can only give store credit once your order is returned.

You can come by the store immediately after placing an order to pick up it up - no need to wait! If our staff hasn't gotten a chance to pack it up yet - it will only take us a few seconds to do so!

2. I need to return my local pick up order - what should I do?

If your order qualifies for a return we will happily take back your return item - entire return policy is listed here.

The return policy window for pick up orders start 24 hours after your order is placed - essentially giving you one more day to make a return if needed.

If you do not pick up your order until after the return policy window - we cannot accept the return.

3. Can someone else come pick up my order?

Yes! We just ask that you shoot us a text to the store phone 210-323-2036 and let us know that way we don't hand your order to someone else!

1. My gift card is not working in the app, what should I do?

Our app software does not accept gift cards - only our website and storefront do. You will have to place your order on one of those channels.

2. How do I earn rewards in app?

Anytime you shop on our live sale or in our app and you checkout using the app - you will earn 5% rewards back to use on your next order!

3. What does it mean if I waitlist an item?

By adding an item to your waitlist - it allows our app to send you a notification if that item and size restocks! If you are still interested you can then purchase that item!

4. What does it mean if pre-authorize an item?

It means that as soon as the item restocks you have given the app permission to charge your card and process your order for that item!

This is a great idea if you know you really want a restock that is coming! If you are pre-authorized you are FIRST in line to get those items!

You can use your 16 digit gift card on the website or in store.

2. Does my gift card work on the app?

No - the software is different from our website/storefront and the app does not accept gift cards. You will have to use your gift card on the website or in the store.

1. How does your sizing run?

Each item and brand fits differently. We have fit descriptions and information on every single item online. On our app we also include fit videos of every single item.

We suggest paying close attention to our recommendation to either size up, size down, or stay true to size.

Most items come Small - Large but a few of our lines carry Extra-Smalls and Extra-Larges.
