1. How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-4 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Sale items and sale weekends may take longer.
2. My order shows as delivered, but I can't find my package?
You will need to reach out to the mail carrier for more information. If you need information on your tracking number or label - you can email abby@shopjulyandjune.com.
1. How do I start a return?
You do not need to email us to start a return. First, you can check out our return policy here and if your order qualifies than you can simply take your return to your shipping company of choice and mail back to 1846 N LOOP 1604 W SUITE 105, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78248. All return fees are the customer responsibility.
2. Do you give refunds?
We only give back store credit. Your store credit will be in the form of purchase.
3. My order is damaged, what do I do?
We try to catch everything before it heads out the door to you - but sometimes we miss things! We are so sorry that your order is damaged!
Start by emailing us a picture of your damage with the title "Damaged Order" to abby@shopjulyandjune.com. We will take care of the rest!
*Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.*
4. Do you offer size or item exchanges?
Size exchanges or item exchanges can only be made in store with a qualifying return. If your order was shipped and you are not local to San Antonio - we can only give store credit once your order is returned.
1. When can I pick up my order?
You can come by the store immediately after placing an order to pick up it up - no need to wait! If our staff hasn't gotten a chance to pack it up yet - it will only take us a few seconds to do so!

2. I need to return my local pick up order - what should I do?
If your order qualifies for a return we will happily take back your return item - entire return policy is listed here.
The return policy window for pick up orders start 24 hours after your order is placed - essentially giving you one more day to make a return if needed.
If you do not pick up your order until after the return policy window - we cannot accept the return.
3. Can someone else come pick up my order?
Yes! We just ask that you shoot us a text to the store phone 210-323-2036 and let us know that way we don't hand your order to someone else!

1. Where can I download the app?
You can download the Apple or Google Play App!
2. How do I earn rewards in app?
The same way you earn rewards in store and online! Just make sure to use the same email at checkout or when you sign in!
3. What does it mean if I wishlist an item?
By adding an item to your wishlist - it allows you to keep track of items that you love but may not be ready to purchase yet! No purchase will be made until you go through and complete you order.
3. Can I use gift cards or return credits in the app?
Yes you can! Works just the same at checkout!

You can use your 16 digit gift card on the website, in store, and in person!
2. I can not find my gift card or return credit - what can I do?
Shoot us an email at abby@shopjulyandjune.com or come into the store and we can help locate it for you!
1. How does your sizing run?
Each item and brand fits differently. We have fit descriptions and information on every single item online. On our app we also include fit videos of every single item.
We suggest paying close attention to our recommendation to either size up, size down, or stay true to size.
2. What sizes do you offer?
Most items come Small - Large but a few of our lines carry Extra-Smalls and Extra-Larges.
